  I made the mistake of supporting this store and their wonky 5th pair for 50% off. As I explained my concern with the owner in Greenwood, it was clear that she wasn't listening to what we had to say. I indeed purchased 4 pairs of footwear and had the proof of those purchases, yet I was told that my fifth pair wouldn't be 50% off. Lets just say we overpaid for our last two recent purchases and those will also be our last. Let's see if we actually get a response......

  Three months after purchasing a pair of shoes they developed a problem I called and spoke wit the manager to explain and to see if this was a known issue. I was invited to bring the shoes in for examination. My shoes were promptly replaced under warranty without hassle. I purchased a fifth pair of shoes on the same day and presented my card with four stamps proving 4 prior purchases. These were provided 50% off. I have bought several pairs of shoes at the Greenwood location over time and have been very satisfied with service and product. I will continue to buy shoes here in the future.
