  Terrible experience. An obvious problem with customer service and scheduling of employees. Isn't Saturday a peak day ? Where are the staff ? When I asked for service in hardware I waited for 15 minutes before having to ask again. I was told they were busy with people returning product. So I guess there is a problem with product too. Do you expect good customer service ? Don't shop at this Canadian Tire. It's worth the drive to Home Depot in New Minus. I now understand why Home Depot is a better place to spend your hard-earned money. Home Depot understands the value of customer service.

  Bought a ATV battery may 11th 2017 had issues with it starting around the 4 month mark. Progressively gotten worse. Diento work commitments ( working away ) I didn't have a lot of time to fuss with the battery. Once laid off I brought the now completely shot battery into the greenwood location 7 days after the so called 6 mo warranty. The staff and supervisor we're everything but helpful.

  I spent 19 minutes 46 seconds on hold while being transferred 6 times to 6 different people. At one point two people were looking on the floor / outside for my item. All before 9 am...clearly organization is nil, co-ordination is foreign and customer retention is not valued.

  Love Canadian Tire. I always have. This one has its stock well updated on computer so that when you go online you can find out if your item is in the store, how many there are and what aisle it is in. The staff is always very helpful. Today there were great deals on plants - expecially tomatoes and strawberries.
