  I just went through with a couple of friends. They managed to get all three of our orders wrong. I was fine with my messup. The sandwich marker (I don't know her name) asked if it was ok and I said it was fine, but one of my friends got the wrong wrap and my other friend had to go up and ask for his donut a second time and waited close to 15 minutes for his Cafe Mocha before having to go ask for a refund. Also, the cashier at the time, I believe was Wesley, was way too pushy about getting us to buy a muffin and asked us 3-4 times. He also made my friend the wrong drink and tried to convince him that it was what my friend had asked for when it, in fact, was not. I've worked for Tim Hortons for 2 years and I get that mistakes are easy to make there, but this was outrageous

  Not impressed I got a black coffee instead of a French vanilla like I order and paid for! Annoying that I didn't notice until 20 minutes later when I was already home!

  Best Tim Horton's of all those I've visited from Dartmouth to Yarmouth (On Northern Shore). Friendly staff, very rarely out of products, just wonderful.
